For the ultimate Rumpshaker experience, we are excited to offer the Rumpshaker Challenge/5K Multi Event. ​

• 100 or 200 Mile Rumpshaker Challenge plus
• 5K in person Rumpshaker 5K

• Choose Rumpshaker 100 or 200 Mile Challenge (selected at time of registration) 
• Challenge can be achieved by your choice of activity (running, walking, hiking or biking) 
• In person Rumpshaker 5K - Saturday, March 27th 

Challenge/5K Multi Event participants will receive:

• 100 or 200 Mile Challenge t-shirt*
• 100 or 200 Mile Challenge finisher medal*
• Printable mileage tracker to help reach your goal*

This category is eligible for a $5 discount for each team member (teams of 5 participants or more). We highly encourage you to recruit a team and participate in the challenge together by setting up group chats or social media groups to help each team member achieve their goals. NOTE: Teams can be any combination of Virtual 5K, 100 Mile Challenge and 200 Mile Challenge participants. ​​

• Entry Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

PACKET PICK-UP DETAILS
Packet pick-up will be at Fleet Feet Sports March 22nd thru March 26th 11am-7pm. Fleet Feet is located at 3060 Healthy Way, Suite 100, Birmingham, AL 35243. You may also request to have your packet shipped directly to you, shipping fees apply. This option can be selected at the time of registration.  ​
