The Rumpshaker 5K is the largest free standing 5K in Alabama and we have had the privilege of hosting over 36,000 participants since 2009. We have raised well over a million dollars over the past 15 years while promoting awareness about colorectal cancer.
This event is a fun, family friendly experience; runners and walkers of all ages are welcome. Together we can make a difference by bringing attention to colorectal cancer, a preventable, treatable and beatable disease. |

Where
Regions Field 1401 1st Ave South Birmingham, AL 35233 In April of 2013, the Birmingham Barons Baseball Club played their first game in their new ballpark, Regions Field. The state-of-the-art 8,500 seat facility in the heart of downtown replaced Hoover Metropolitan Stadium, the home of the Barons since 1988. Regions Field features a variety of unique attractions for fans of all ages including a Youth Sports Zone, which houses a mini wiffle ball field, the Bright House Family Fun Park, NAPA Batting Cages located in right field and the Mercedes-Benz Courtyard, an outdoor gathering area outside the concourse adjacent to 14th Street. |

PACKET PICK-UP DETAILS
Packet pick-up will be at Fleet Feet Sports March 20th thru March 22nd 11am-6pm. Fleet Feet is located at 3060 Healthy Way, Suite 100, Birmingham, AL 35243. You may also pick up your packet on race morning at Regions Field.
- Chip Timing included in 5K registration fee
- Entry Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
- "My Rump is Sleeping In" virtual 5K participants will receive a t-shirt only (no race day registration)
